DBRC Drone Surveying

DBRC has recently created a drone team to allow for aerial surveying and data capture.

Our DJI Mavic Enterprise drone can provide high resolution (2cm) aerial photographs of your land, either as a whole or in targeted areas to inform management, provide long-term site monitoring or baseline surveys, map inaccessible habitat, and more.

We have refined our methodology while providing reserve monitoring for Devon Wildlife Trust, helping identify areas of habitat requiring intervention and monitoring ash dieback using ortho-mosaic imagery. These images can be loaded into GIS environments or adapted to 3d terrain models of the site for better visualisation.
